Expose three major tricks in mobile phone repair

1. Substitute inferior screens for good ones, replace inferior screens with good ones
In the report, two consumers replaced their phone screens through two platforms, "Flash Xiuxia" and "Geek Xiu", but both had multiple issues and had to be repaired within a month.
One of the consumers went to a third-party platform with a mobile phone for appraisal and was told that the screen was an assembled screen and not an original accessory. This does not match the claims of maintenance personnel regarding "high-quality screens" and "original factory quality.".
In the report, the reporter mentioned two concepts about mobile phone screens: assembled screens and original pressure screens. The former refers to screens assembled entirely using non original accessories. The latter refers to the re pressing of a domestically produced external screen on the basis of the original internal screen.
What's the difference? In fact, it can be simply divided into inner and outer screens. The outer screen is usually a glass panel+bracket, and the inner screen is the remaining backlight components, touchpad, and LCD module. I believe many people have broken the "glass of the outer screen", but were asked by maintenance personnel to replace the "screen assembly". The assembly is also three layers, with the outermost layer of glass, the middle touchpad, and the bottom display screen.
Is the original pressure screen more conscientious? But none of these can be considered as "original factory screens", and there is no way to boast about "original factory quality".
The first trick:
When repairing broken screens, maintenance personnel first use the worst quality assembled screen to deceive customers by pretending to be the original screen, and then after being complained about for poor quality, they also use the original pressed screen to replace it, rather than replacing it with the real original factory screen.
The news mentioned that if customers have doubts about the quality and source of accessories, maintenance personnel will not say they are original accessories, but will say they are "original quality" or "strictly selected quality" accessories, and promise a 180 day free warranty to avoid customer inquiries.
2. Refurbish the old screen and then replace it with the next customer
There is a paragraph in the news report:
Qiu Zhenjun asked a few friends that when their iPhones have broken screens (just broken glass) and go to a repair shop, the boss will always deceive them into replacing the "screen assembly", which means replacing both the intact display screen. Little white people who are not familiar with it may be deceived.
Originally, only the outer layer of glass was replaced, but the entire screen was replaced, and it is likely to be a low-quality assembled screen. Not only did it cost a lot of money, but the display effect and touch experience of the phone also deteriorated.
Selling your spicy chicken screen is not the key for a unscrupulous boss to make money. Your original screen is the coveted item in his eyes.
The unscrupulous shop owner will cut open the broken glass in your screen assembly, leaving behind the main valuable display screen, and then press a piece of domestically produced glass onto it, creating an original pressure screen.
Taking iPhone X as an example, the cost of assembling a screen is about 400 yuan and selling it for 1299 yuan, while the original pressed screen can be sold for thousands of yuan, but pressing a piece of glass only costs 50 yuan.
The boss sells you a piece of assembled screen and uses your original screen to make a pressed screen. It costs 1299-400+1000+-50, and you can earn at least 2000 yuan!
It's simply a profitable business! Public information shows that the owner of Shanxiu Xia is Hangzhou Weishi Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in 2015 and is currently valued at over 1 billion yuan. It has deployed 40 service operations in 30 major cities
